We now have cloth patches for sale....Get one for your bag, shorts, or whatever you would like to use it for. The cost is $3.00. We will have them available at all tournaments or if you happen to be in the Mannheim/Heidelberg area, catch up with the AERA President, James "JJ" Johnson.. All funds generated are used for tournament support, so help us put on better tournaments by showing your support!
This is what we want to avoid! Ramstein AB destroys a good racquetball court to create a Family Fitness Room at their Northside Fitness Center (No worries, the AERA Invitational will still be played). So sad, I was there when it happened....Even inquired about saving the back wall and door for use elsewhere...instead, it got shattered! Serious proof that if they are not used, then they will be "misused". Fortunately this facility still has 3 functional courts (for now). So with this out there, I call upon all of my military brothers and sisters here in Europe to at least try to set up a league or something that will show that it is not a dead sport in the military communities. Doing this does not take much effort, if you need help please let me know and I will assist the best that I can. But to continue to see courts taken away is really a shame!
