Each month, a champion is crowned in the challenge ladders at Katterbach and Illesheim.  This truly shows that even with minimal facilities, the competitiveness thrives on the racquetball courts.  Right now the gatherings are small but growing.  Each of these location have but a single court in each fitness center, yet there is a small crowd that keeps the fire burning!  At the end of each month, prizes are donated by Racquetworld.com to be presented to the monthly champion.  Great work by out area representative, Dave Shafer, for his innovative thinking to spark others to get in the game, and many thanks to Racquetworld.com for their support in this endeavor.  Over the past few months, several players have made the transition from the Novice to C level, which shows that there is a desire to improve at the game of racquetball.  If you find yourself in the area, do stop by the fitness center, you are bound to find players doing challenges or just working on their game.
